MANAGERS PLEASE READ
Managers, coaches, players and parents,
Welcome to the United States Travel Baseball Association (USTBA).
It is our sincere desire
that all participants, players, managers,
coaches and fans, but especially the players,
experience an enjoyable
tournament experience this weekend.
Team check-in is MANDATORY (1 hour before game
time) before your first game. Your team must have:
1) Official USTBA Team Roster download here and current 2009 USTBA team membership number.
2) Copies of birth certificates for every participating player on your USTBA team roster for weekend event.
**Note: Any player without birth certificate is not elgible to play until copy of birth certificate, or some other exceptable (i.e. passport, student body card) is produced and approved by tournament director.
3) Current Team Insurance form with your team name as insured.
**Note: Team's first tournament game cannot officially begin without the above steps being completed.
You will need to download the tournament package which includes the brackets and local USTBA playing rules for this weekend tournament event. It is important that you download and print out the tournament package from the webpage the Friday afternoon before the weekend event in case some modifications are made to the any of the brackets after the original Wednesday evening online posting. Please feel free to recheck the brackets daily in the case of any changes prior to Friday afternoon.

Please have your team ready to play 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game or immediately
following the ending of the preceding game before you to help us all stay on schedule.

MANAGERS:
Playoff seeding will be
available at (951) 538-0916 for all divisions that end pool play on Saturday. Remember that
seeding cannot be posted until the last pool play game of your division has
been completed.

parents, fans, your coaching staff and yourself for allowing
USTBA California to serve as your hosts this weekend. Please
